The task

Mondelēz International Netherlands wanted an inspiring work environment that promotes encounters and collaboration while reflecting the brand's identity. The design was supposed to provide a hybrid office environment where employees and visitors feel welcome and can work efficiently. In addition, the interior had to bring Mondelēz's core values and iconic products to life.

About this project

ZENBER Architects designed a modern hybrid loft work environment with a meeting lounge as the focal point. This lounge, equipped with a coffee bar and an impressive hanging garden, acts as the heart of the office. The open and transparent character makes the space multifunctional for presentations, meetings, lunch or relaxation.

 

Flexible communication zones

Around the meeting lounge, communication zones have been set up with flexible work and meeting spaces. Employees and visitors can make use of various facilities such as landing areas, collaborative workplaces, project rooms and meeting rooms. This format supports different working styles and encourages collaboration and knowledge exchange.

 

Brand identity in the interior

Mondelēz's brand identity is visible throughout the interior. Colours and materials that refer to products such as Milka, Toblerone and OREO create a recognisable and atmospheric work environment. Chocolate tones and creamy textures provide a subtle but powerful connection to the brand's core values. Product displays with iconic packaging reinforce the association with the strength and size of Mondelēz International.
