In collaboration with Studio PROTOTYPE, ZENBER Architects has transformed the B73 government office in The Hague into a green, inspiring work environment for three ministries. This modern and sustainable government office is all about meeting, consulting and collaborating. The green design, with the orangery as the “green lung”, includes vertical gardens and plant walls that contribute to healthy air quality, a pleasant working environment, CO₂ reduction and a lower cooling load. In addition, the two brainstorming pods, made entirely of biobased and renewable materials, function as testing grounds for innovative and sustainable products and techniques.
