New entrance area for mboRijnland, Gouda campus
The first phase has begun
The large-scale renovation of the mboRijnland location at Groen van Prinsterersingel in Gouda has begun. ZENBER Architecten created the design for the master plan, and Ooijevaar has now started executing the first phase.
An inviting entrance and space for connection
The first phase includes the realization of a new entrance zone, a learning plaza, and a student hub. The new entrance will feature a sustainable wooden canopy that enhances the transition between the outdoors and the interior. Students will soon enter into an open and dynamic plaza where meeting and connecting are central.
The learning plaza will be an inspiring environment where focused study and collaboration come together. The student hub, by contrast, provides space for socializing and relaxation. Thanks to various configurations, the space can be used flexibly and adapted to the needs of students and teachers.
