The Evolution of the Office Environment
On Tuesday evening, May 12, 2026, with Architectenweb in collaboration with YNNO and Pakhuis de Zwijger, hosted a symposium focused on the trend of designing office environments more explicitly for collaboration. This trend calls for a transformation of the familiar activity-based working model and a better understanding of how collaboration occurs in the office.

Ingrid Heijne gave a presentation on co-creation within the design of Miro HQ, where she explained how collaboration between different disciplines and stakeholders enriched the design process and led to innovative solutions. Other speakers included Nick Lettink and Aize Oenema (YNNO), Lonneke Leijnse (Heyligers Architects), and Hans Reineke (Hollandse Nieuwe).
